We will be going through the fine details of The Dog Ownership Masterclass, teaching you how to get the absolute most out of your time here with us. Showing you how to be successful within this program and organizing all of your questions!
Chapter 1: The Human.
Dog training is 80% owner. At a minimum. We will be teaching you how to see your personal skills and struggles in a new light. You will be shocked at your hidden potential and confidence to lead! We will reveal the root causes of procrastination, your frustration, emotions, habits, and behavioral patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals. This isn’t Pinterest quotes, this is scientific methodology that will help you get to the root and push through any limiting beliefs.
Chapter 2: The Dog.
Learn about your dog as an animal, species, breed, and individual. We dive deep into your dogs deepest desires, needs, and instincts that drive their behavior patterns. We will help you get to know and understand your dog (and every dog for that matter.. and most animals) on a level that is not (and should be) common public knowledge. Things that have been heavily studied, practiced, and proven my scientists, behaviorists, and trainers from across the world.
Chapter 3: The Relationship.
How do you and your dog view each other? The canine and human relationship is a really complex and fascinating one that goes back hundreds of thousands of years. We need to begin working on building a relationship with your dog that is based out of fact, security, trustworthiness, mutual understanding, and report. These are core fundamentals to having your dog see you as a proper leader. Learn how to gain your dogs full trust in any situation by learning how to “read their mind” to know what they are thinking about doing before they even do it and leading them through it.
Chapter 4: The Basics & Body Language.
Learn all about how dogs learn, communicate, and perceive the world. How can we effectively communicate with them what we need them to be doing? How can we “read their minds” and know what they are going to be doing before they do it? In this chapter we will teach you how to be the teacher for your dog.
Chapter 5: Engagement & Play.
Want to capture your dogs attention at any time? Having them hang off of your finger waiting for command? Yes. It is possible. We do this through teaching you and your dog how to engage and play with each other properly. Proper focus, engagement, and play can make or break training! We will teach you how to be the most interesting thing to your dog! This is a core fundamental we will be teaching you how to master, even when your dog is distracted! We will also talk about what proper structure looks like for your individual dog, no cookie-cutter answers here!
Chapter 6: Obedience, Structure, & Redirecting.
Learn how to establish control, give your dog a job to focus on, and redirect their attention to you under any distraction! Teaching your dog boundaries, structure, and self control. You will be given the blueprint to have a dog who will be able to focus on obedience under high levels of distraction without having to bribe them with food.. for long periods of time! No “party trick” obedience here, only life saving and functional. We will work on loose leash walk / heel, climb (place), sit, down, kennel, and recall. We ask one time, and your dog does it forever (no matter what is going on around them) until we tell them to do something else.
Chapter 7: Maximizing your Potential.
We will be collecting all of the information we have gathered from this program and making it apart of life. You will be going on outings into public with your dog with us there to support you! This is when can also start talking deep about any behavior issues you may be facing and how use the tools and transformation you have just made to complete your training journey! Dog training is a spider web, everything is connected, and we will teach you how to put it all together!

I am the founder of The Dog Ownership Master Class! I also founded Smart K9 Online which is my Online Training Platform, and Smart K9 Training which is my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dog Training Facility in Fargo, North Dakota.
I know how it feels not knowing what information to trust or where to even start. Googling training questions and getting 50 different conflicting opinions. Trying different in person trainers and thinking “Is this the best way for my dog?”.
Well, I took the long way to figure out how to help my dog. I invested tens of thousands of dollars, moved across the country, and spent months learning from some of the best in the industry at a professional dog training school. I also didn’t stop there. Dog training and psychology is a very vast and deep subject. I am always attending more dog training seminars, investing into dog trainer courses, reading text books, and attending dog trainer shadow programs so that way I can bring the latest information to you and your dog!
I have trained hundreds of dogs and their owners both in person and virtually how to bridge that communication gap between owner and dog. I have saved countless dogs from euthanasia and helped owners regain peace and harmony within their home.
